Hold on…. something to consider is that, while this would be a plus for me,  the farm is in Carmathenshire near Scott’s Bay Beach and Llanyibri in South Wales. A 10-year tenancy is a requirement. According to the Trust’s area manager, Meg Anthony, “ loss of nature and changing climates are huge threats and tenant farmers can play a vital role in helping conserve landscapes and tackle these crises.” As a result, the National Trust Cymru is looking for someone skilled at and passionate about  nature-friendly farming.

Sounds like a dream to me. Accordingly, Ms. Anthony says “we’re looking for someone who will put nature at the center of all they do to run a diverse and resilient farming business.”
